We Can't Wait Either!
The anticipation is killing us too – we can’t wait to get your pieces to you!! We promise to have all orders packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. All orders placed after 3pm EST will only begin being processed the next business day. All orders are shipped out of Toronto, Canada internationally.
Shipping Methods
We offer 4 types of shipping methods: Standard, Expedited, Xpresspost and Priority. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the final destination. Please note that our shipping partners do not operate on national, provincial and territorial holidays. Delivery dates are not guaranteed as holidays, unforeseeable circumstances such as weather (especially on those extra snowy days), traffic and increased volumes, may affect your final delivery date. Once we have fulfilled your order, you will be receiving an email notification with your tracking number. Please keep an eye out on your package and if there are any concerns, please contact us at CustomerCare@listlii.com
Lost Shipments & Package Protection Insurance
listlii is not responsible for package loss, theft or damage that occurs once your pieces have been shipped from our office. We completely understand that sometimes things take a different turn and therefore, have implemented a package insurance option to protect your jewelry as it makes its way to you. If you are interested in the package protection insurance, please add it to your cart prior to checking out! If your package does unfortunately get lost or damaged on the way, and you have purchased the optional insurance, please reach out to the listlii team at CustomerCare@listlii.com to initiate the claim process. Please note that we only insure packages up to $500.00 CAD in value. All loss or damage claims that have not been covered through our protective insurance must be brought to the attention of Canada Post, USPS or your local courier.
The quick fine print: please note that we are not responsible for packages that have been delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect shipping address. This includes forgetting to add unit numbers. If you notice that you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please reach out to us immediately at customercare@listlii.com before you receive your shipping confirmation.
