Refund policy

Not working out? Let us make it right!

We offer 15-day returns for all orders in Canada! To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. The return postage fee for your refund will be $9.00, plus any applicable taxes and this amount will be deducted from your refund total. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse returned products that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered in any way. To ensure that your return is processed smoothly, please include the original packaging with your returned items.

To start a return, please us at CustomerCare@listlii.com and provide your order number, the name associated with the order and your reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once it has been received and contact us immediately if a piece is defective, damaged or different from the one you ordered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right! As you begin wearing your listlii piece, our warranty covers damages up to one year. For more information, please visit our Warranty page.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Exceptions to our return and exchange policies include all final sale items and gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
